The idea of different strokes for different folks is all about diversity. And you thought diversity was merely celebrating and appreciating the beers and wines from different countries.

Each and every person on this planet views the world from a different perspective. Sometimes that perspective is slightly different and sometimes it is vastly different from our own.

These differences provide us with a wonderful opportunity to embrace the principle of live and let live. Those differences are there to teach us acceptance. As much as some people would want you to believe otherwise, we are not here to judge each other.

By virtue of our humanity, we are so much more alike than we are different. We all sprang forth from Source Energy, or God, or Ja, or Allah, or whatever term fits your particular perspective.

As different as we may appear to be to the naked eye, we are all part of the oneness of creation. That should be all the reason any of us ever needs to love, accept and take care of each other.
